The modern sailcloth appliqued sails are shades of blue and red. With hand embroidered masts.
The name "Cutty Sark" and the edge piping are in a gold fabric.
The figurehead is white leather. The hull is a reflective silver. The front is a Perennials Luxury Acrylic Terry performance fabric. Finished with a beautiful blue Linwood velvet back. 20 x 20 inch
The Cutty Sark was built in 1869 to carry tea back from China. She was one of the last tea clippers and one of the fastest. The Cutty Sark is now preserved as a museum ship at the National Maritime Museum, Greenwich, UK.
